1. Gate Hours - Visitors should check in at the office, no wandering around unaccompanied. Boarders and customers may visit anytime during acceptable business hours.
2. Everyone must sign and have their guests sign a Release of Liability Waiver before perusing the grounds.
3. No littering! This includes cigarette butts.
4. No working on or cleaning out vehicles, No overnight parking without permission and payment of parking fees at the office.
5. Conduct must be acceptable, no loitering, shoes and shirts required by all, no drinking alcohol or drug use, no shouting or rude or fowl language.
6. Horses are to be put away before leaving, do not leave them turned out or unattended at any time without supervision.
7. Clean up after yourself! We cannot afford extra help for sloppy people, this includes washrack areas. Don't forget to turn off water and recoil hoses.
8. Do not steal hay or tools. Put everything you use back where it belongs.
9. Keep wash rack and hitching post areas clean and free of junk, tack, tools, etc.
10. Complaints are to be addressed directly with the ranch manager, not with customers of the ranch.
11. No gossiping or rumour mongering allowed here.
12. Little T Ranch is not liable for lost or stolen property. You must be responsible for your own things and animals. All activities are at YOUR OWN RISK.
13. The Ranch is not liable for accidents or injuries, you ride at your own risk. You agree to not hold Ranch liable for your own negligence, be it riding, spectating,
visiting, etc and agree to sign a release waiver stating such.
14. Ranch will not tolerate any unacceptable behavior and reserves the right to refuse service and or evict anyone beligerant or undesirable off the premises.
15. Children under age 18 are to be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
16. Dogs are not allowed.
17. No feeding or handling of horses without express permission from horse owner or Ranch Manager.
18. Anyone without business or invitation to the Ranch will be considered Tresspassing and possibly be told to leave.
19. Please direct all suggestions and comments, complaints to the Ranch Manager or deposit into drop box located by the office window.
