LEASE POLICIES:
Leased horses must stay boarded at Little T Ranch.
Prices include full board and use of facilities 10x per month.
Tack is available for a small rental fee and deosit.
Leases can be for terms of one to six months. Leases are not exclusive unless agreed upon in writing.
A refundable deposit is taken at sign up of lease Agreement to help cover costs in the case of accidents
or injuries.
Two weeks notice is required to cancel the lease. No refunds.
Although help is always available, you must know how to tack up, warm up and cool down your own horseand put away without assistance.
Discounts: Riding lessons are available at a 10% discount with lease. Military receive an additional
$5.00 off all services.
