Includes feeding twice daily and cleaning 7 days per week.

All corrals have shelter and auto waters or buckets. Extra services are available for a small fee, see below.Security deposit due with first month's board. See additional terms below.

Trailer Parking - 2 or 4 horse trailers	$25 or $35
Holding for vet or farrier	$25/hour
Bathing - Shampoo, slick and dry, comb out mane,tail,fly spray. Grooming - brush down, hooves, mane & tail comb out and condition, fly spray, hoof conditioner if desired.	$15 each $20 each
Supplements (you supply, we feed)	$1 each

HORSE MOTEL/SHORT STAY BOARDERS

Weekday Rates:	$25/night
Weekend Rates:	1-3 nights = $30/night
Weekly Rates:	$119/wk ($17/night)

ADDITIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS: A negative Coggins certificate is required for all out of state horses.

A Veterinary health certificate and proof of vaccinations, worming, farrier care is required for incoming horses. Please bring copies of horse records with your application and deposit check. Deposit refunds are conditional; view your contract for more info.
